Our direct client is in need of a Veeva CRM Support Administrator for a contract / C2H opportunity. The duration of the contract is 6++ months. The location is in Orange County California.

The ideal applicant will have proven experience with validation, engineering, and support experience in pharma/biotech both on back-office and front-office skills.

General Description:

  • Gather & document business requirements
  • Work on items such as page layouts, data loaders, permission sets, and more
  • Project Management experience would be a plus but not critical. Primarily looking for someone organized & efficient, little to no handholding.
  • Provide Level 1 through Level 3 Functional and Technical Support for all applications
  • Provide support of Level 3 and Level 4 issues
  • Business Process Mapping, Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Test Cases, User Guides and Admin Guides
  • Veeva certifications desired
  • Experience with ServiceNow

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Biomedical, Mechanical, etc.), Computer Sciences, or Life Science
  • 1+ years experience with Veeva and CRM Support.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • Veeva CRM Certification
