FCG Logo BlueFoothills Consulting Group, Inc. (FCG) was founded in September of 2004 by 2 IT Services Industry veterans, Philip Ashworth and Patrick Johannes. Phil is a former operations and management executive with CDI Technical Services and Oxford Global Resources. Patrick is a former sales and marketing executive with Aerotec Inc., Intertec Consulting and Oxford Global Resources. The company was and is still 100% funded by its founders and has been profitable since its inception.

Our operations team consists of our Vice President of Operations, Philip Ashworth, our Managing Partner for the Salesforce.com implementation practice, Sankalp Gaggar and 60 other IT professionals engaged on a variety of projects for our clients. FCG also employs an Internet/ Social Marketing Administrator and a Finance Manager who handles our payroll, billing, payables, as well as day to day Financial and Managerial Accounting.

We have 4 Business Development Managers (BDM’s) located strategically in San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. These BDM’s are managed by Patrick Johannes, our Vice President of Business Development

Our Sales and Recruiting team utilize Bullhorn’s Enterprise Edition, Software as a Service, tool for our entire sales and recruiting life cycle processes and procedures. This tool is considered by many, “Best of Breed” for the IT Services Industry. We utilize Intuit’s QuickBooks for all of our accounting and payroll functions.
Foothills Consulting Group’s Head Quarters is located in ~ 3150 square feet of class A office space currently configured to accommodate 13 employees comfortably. The address is 101 South First Street, Suite 405, Burbank, CA 91502.

  1. Focus recruitment on current, cutting edge IT skill sets. These skill sets are evaluated formally on a quarterly basis to reflect the most recent technology and market trends. Currently we are focused on CRM implementation and application support (Salesforce), ERP implementation, integration and upgrades ( Oracle, SAP, Microsoft ), Business intelligence initiatives (OBIEE, Cognos TM-1, Hyperion HFM, Microstrategy and the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack), Mobile applications development (IOS, Android) and the “Big Data” space( Hadoop, NoSQL, Mongo, Cassandra, etc.) We provide end to end coverage in these IT Resource specialties (Subject Matter Experts, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Administrators and the IT Infrastructure skill sets to support these initiatives.
  2. Continuous and consistent communication with our database of consultants. This is the key to our speed to market as well as our pre- placement evaluation with regard to the soft skills we require of our consultants. We typically have had numerous communications with our future consultants before we deploy them to a client. We consider this imperative to our value proposition.
  3. We employ only senior level Business Development Managers who know that that their job is to meet with CIO’s, VP’s and Directors of IT at fortune 1000 Companies in their respective territories. Understanding why, how and when our clients want resources delivered is crucial to our success. This allows our recruiting operations to focus their resources efficiently and to maintain a positive and productive relationship with our IT consultants by being able to avoid presenting them with false or premature project opportunities.
