Database, we can quickly map your needs and our capabilities – whether those needs are
as limited as a single developer with Ruby-on-Rails experience or a team of people that have
used specific toolsets within a particular vertical market.
Communications:
We recognize that if you need specific expertise, a good programmer without that expertise who
happens to be available, doesn’t solve your problem. We will always look for the optimum fit
and, with the benefit or our Engagement History Database, we can usually come pretty close.
But if we can’t we tell you that. And we’ll tell you what we can do so that you can make an
informed decision. After all, if we are going to be a partner that you depend on a go-forward
basis, we need to tell you what we can do and what we can’t do. Candidly and quickly. You have
a project to address, and the sooner that we can accurately address your requirements, the
sooner you complete your project. Our communications process doesn’t stop once our
Candidates start either. On-going communications is critical to us ensuring that things are
unfolding the way you need them to, and expected them too. They also allow us to continue to
enhance our project database in a meaningful way throughout the course of each engagement.

Whether it’s a spot resource to augment one of your on-going projects during a capacity crunch,
or a large-scale project that you would like us to take project responsibility for, we can
