Candidate Engagement Database

We certainly want a copy of your most recent resume, and we'll help you to make sure that it reflects you capabilities, your work history and accomplishments, but we're more focused on incorporating the richer level of information that we capture in our Engagement History Database. By working with you and our clients, and monitoring our engagements through time, this progressively growing treasure trove of information helps us all. As we work together, this growing pool of information about you, your engagements and the specific role that you served within those projects helps us to place you in appropriate projects, while ensuring that employers get proper insight into your value and experience. For you, we think that this approach takes some of the creative writing out of the resume process and more richly and accurately reflects what you have been doing. For us, there is no question that it's a part of the "secret sauce" that allows us to so quickly and effectively identify the right resource for each engagement.
