Our Engagement History Database
Our lengthy history in the IT services industry within both the senior IT management and IT placement
sectors, very clearly reinforced in our minds the importance of peering into much detail than does a
particular Candidate know Java, if Yes, proceed to the engagement. We know that that may be necessary
but not sufficient. And so we did something about it. Over the past several years we have worked to refine
the process for identifying appropriate Candidates as well as appropriate Client opportunities, while
filtering and matching those opportunities through our Engagement History Database.
By carefully monitoring our engagements and our Consultants, we build a progressively richer database
that adds value for all of us. By populating and evaluating Candidates from our first contact with them, we
also make sure that there aren’t any project missteps during an initial placement.
We start with a recent resume, a thorough phone interview, and a unique vetting process of a Candidates
work history and accomplishments, to provide and develop a richer pool of information about each Candidate.
As we work together, this growing pool of information about each engagement and each specific Candidates role
within those projects helps us to most effectively match requirements with capabilities. We think that this
approach benefits everyone. For us, there is no question that its’ a part of the “secret sauce” that allows
us to so quickly and effectively identify the right resource for each engagement. For our clients, the proof
is in the pudding. Our Candidates fit our Client’s requirements. And that’s better for all of us. Think of it as a multi-dimensional resume.
Whether you are a prospective Client, or a prospective Candidate, we think that you’ll like it.
